Life, Life, and More LIFE!

Hi guys! It has been the busiest past couple of weeks for me. I am so happy for it to be finally slowing down. Two weeks ago I was on my cruise, and as soon as I got back from that I had to turn around and drive to Savannah for work. And then at work, we are moving offices so work has been SO busy!

So, if you have not already noticed, I changed my blog’s name! I also did a big-girl thing and bought my own domain. When I first started this blog I had no idea how much I was going to love doing this. I have enjoyed blogging so much in this short time, and I’m so excited to see where blogging can take me. I’m always looking at other famous bloggers and finding ways I can do better and create a better blog. I would also like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of my supporters! I have been getting so many sweet messages telling me to keep blogging and that y’all are really enjoying my posts. You guys don’t know how much that means to me! I’m always concerned that my posts aren’t helping you guys or they’re not interesting enough but those messages make me feel so much better.

So for this post I’m going to give a little more in depth introduction about myself so you guys can get to know me better! My About Me page is pretty short and sweet, so I figured this post was needed.

For Starters, I grew up in a SMALL town. Very southern, very small. After high school I went to the local college for two years and I played tennis there. I really enjoyed my time there and met some really great people. All of whom I am still friends with today. At the end of the two years I was really feeling like I needed to be somewhere busier, bigger, and just different. Enter Kennesaw State University. KSU has honestly been so great for me. They have a great business school, which is perfect for me because my major is Marketing. Here I was able to get a marketing internship, which is something I likely wouldn’t have been able to do at my previous school. I have loved every second of living in this area so much that I decided to live here after graduation, too. Another reason I am thankful for KSU- I got a job post-graduation!! I was offered a full-time position with my current internship after I graduate. Below I posted some of my favorite memories from college. I didn’t include a lot of my older pics, the glow up was real y’all I don’t want to see my old pics, haha!

One more thing that I’m sure all of you guys will enjoy. I’m a dog mom!! I have a dog that is basically my child. He was even in my graduation pictures (stay tuned for those). His name is Hercules, and he is so special to me. He actually has an interesting story. So long story short, my other dog had Hercules, but since he was the runt of the litter, she abandoned him and refused to feed him. My mom and I began to take care of him ourselves and bottle feed him. To make matters worse, I was feeding him one day and he slipped out of my arms and fell. Once he grew up, we later found out he had slight mental deficits. We don’t know if it was from birth or from his fall. But despite all of that, he is the happiest dog you will EVER meet. He is also extra cute because since we raised him and he didn’t grow up around other puppies, he does things a little differently than other dogs, which just makes him more special to me. He will be 4 in September and I’ve posted a little slideshow below so you can see how small he was when he was a baby!

Thanks for reading!

Love, Gabbie
